With almost a decade of experience as a service and development engineer at HENSEL, all repairs and maintenance work are carried out in our service workshop, which is equipped with the latest measuring equipment, or on request directly on your premises.
After repair, all devices are subjected to a safety inspection according to DIN 0701- 0702, DGUV- regulation 3.

  • Safety inspection of your photo studio equipment according to DIN 0701- 0702, DGUV- regulation 3 with handing out and storage of the inspection protocol.
     
  • ATTENTION: According to DGUV regulation 3 - electrical installations and equipment - accident prevention regulation - implementation regulation to §5 paragraph 1 No. 2 are for the maintenance of the proper condition of electrical installations and equipment - portable equipment (studio flash units, lamp heads, etc.) must be subjected to an annual repeat test.

    ( free of charge if the repair is carried out )
  • If the customer requests a cost estimate and the repair is not carried out at the request of the customer or due to non-deliverability of spare parts by the equipment manufacturer, the equipment ( if returned unrepaired ) does not need to be returned to its original condition if it is economically and technically unfeasible.
  • Cost estimates are in principle liable to pay costs, are charged with the repair when it is carried out.
    In the case of NEW PURCHASE of a device, the cost estimate fee does not apply.
  • If interventions in the device are necessary for the preparation of cost estimates and larger preliminary repairs must be carried out to determine the exact costs, rejected cost estimates will be charged proportionally according to the time required. If no or only minor interventions are necessary, 0.5 hours of work will be charged - plus shipping costs in each case.
  • If cost estimates are not confirmed or rejected within 4 weeks, the device(s) will be returned to the customer unrepaired, with calculation of the estimate fee, cash on delivery.
  • For repairs that are not paid within 1 month after the advance invoice is issued, or are not picked up after notification that the repair is complete, a storage fee will be charged.
    After 6 months, these items will pass into the possession of the contractor to dispose of them in the best possible way, in order to settle the repair costs with the proceeds obtained.
     
  • Hourly rate Profoto € 96,00
    ( Invoice amount excl. VAT ) by UPS, but plus possible cash on delivery fee )
    ( for repairs from abroad shipping costs result from the difference between shipping within Germany and the respective country according to UPS zone table, plus possible cash on delivery fee )
  • Hourly rate other manufacturers € 87,00
  • fair billing depending on the amount of work in 10 minute work units
     
  • NO SPARE PARTS SALE ( except plug-in flash tubes, protection glasses, e-lamps, protection caps, power and sync cables )
     
  • Sending in of the units with written repair order and exact description of the error
  • The dispatch of the repairs is carried out according to desire by cash on delivery ( purely net, without departure - plus cash on delivery fee ), by pre-payment within 7 days after completion of the repair and receipt of invoice or with collection of the repairs by cash payment ( purely net, without departure ).

  • Guarantee devices must be sent to us free of charge and in their original packaging - a copy of the purchase receipt must be enclosed.
     
  • The listed prices are net prices and are exclusive of VAT.

  • Warranty in general:
    The warranty is limited EXCLUSIVELY to the executed repair with the listed defects and the components replaced by us ( except glass parts, cables and batteries ). The legal warranty applies.
  • Excluded from the warranty are normal wear and tear - especially of wear parts, unsuitable use and incorrect handling.
     
  • Warranty MULTIBLITZ:
    The warranty is limited EXCLUSIVELY to the executed repair with the listed defects as well as the components replaced by us ( except glass parts, cables and batteries ). The legal warranty applies.
  • Excluded from the warranty are normal wear and tear - especially of wear parts, unsuitable use and incorrect handling.
     
  • Due to the insolvency of the company MULTIBLITZ MANNESMANN GmbH, this can only be maintained as long as spare parts are available.

ATTENTION :

According to DGUV regulation 3 - Electrical installations and equipment - accident prevention regulation - implementing regulation to § 5 para. 1 No. 2 exists the OBLIGATION to maintain the proper condition of electrical installations and equipment portable equipment (studio flash units, lamp heads, etc.) of an annual inspection and the test after each repair.
